The interview process was a 3 step process which included video send in of why one would be a good fit for Noom, mock interview with a client/user, and a video interview with a Noom employee. It was very well organized and I felt connected the entire process with the company.

How have you used behavioral change in your own life and what was the outcome?
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
