The interview process was seamless. The Noom team is very clear on what they are looking for, and every part of the interview process demonstrated that. Each part of the process was a little different in presentation, and yet still spoke to their commitment to excellence in coaching.

How would you respond to a client who is not sure where to start with their goals?
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
