I interviewed for the KYC role at Nomura through a consultancy and had a positive interaction with the Head of Operations. The interview lasted for an hour, was discussed salary expectations, and I was told they would contact me in two weeks. However, despite following up, my message was read and ignored. It has now been a month with no update. Disappointingly, I noticed the same role reposted on job portals shortly after. The lack of communication and transparency was unprofessional.
