Interview
The first step in the interview process was a quick phone screen that lasted 15 minutes. During the phone call, an HR manager tells you about the company, asks why you want to work for NTG, and asks about your top skills/weakness. The second round was a 50 minute zoom meeting with 2 members of the operations team. The questions that they asked revolved around the STAR method. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Interview
I applied online and got an email from the recruiter the following morning to schedule a phone interview. Following the phone interview with the recruiter, I was selected to move to the next round, a Zoom interview with the branch manager (normally in person but COVID-19 moved things to virtual for them).
Very straightforward interview, standard questions, my branch manager was very impressed and offered me the job before the interview was over.
