Interview
First apply online, then a recruiter will contact you. You will have one more interview then a face to face interview. Upon going in for your face to face you will feel like an outcast wearing a suit and tie. The recruiters are vague and the people you meet with really don't know what they are talking about in terms of employment. Also the recruiters won't reach out to you if you are not selected, they will send you an impersonal automated message telling you they are not interested in you.

Interview
Initial phone interview with hiring department, then I was referred to have a , zoom meeting with who would be my direct supervisors. What I liked was the fact they sent a interview guide line for the zoom meeting.

Interview
The recruiter first reached out to me where we then scheduled a phone interview. At the end of the phone call we scheduled a virtual interview. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.
I received a call from a recruiter regarding a phone interview. My second phase of the interview process was via zoom. I enjoyed getting to know my manager via zoom.
