I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
First I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. She thought I might be a good fit and asked to schedule a call so she could tell me more about the position and company. When the time came, a different recruiter called me and it was more of an interview/phone screening - very different from what I was expecting. She then set up an in person interview for me. I met with two hiring managers and the GM and also got to shadow one of the current Account Managers. I didn't feel as though they asked me many questions at all - it seemed like they were trying to sell me on the job instead. It was nice to sit with the AM to see what the day to day job was like, however, it was very noisy. Loud music playing and a lot of goofing around. I met with the GM at the end briefly on the way out.
I was interviewed by 2 managers and they asked me a series of questions. Most of the questions were geared toward situations and your previous experience. They want to know how you will react in certain situations.

Interview
Great process and very informative. The process was a dual procedure interview where you begin over the phone and finish up with a zoom call. Be advised you will need a computer to interview for this as it may hinder the interview

Super fast and easy. Got an email via LinkedIn and within a week I was at their offices for an interview. They were friendly and clear on the goals of the role from day one.
