Nokia EnodeB I&V Engineer interview questions

The interview was a 2 step process. the first step was a phone interview and the second step was more of a panel interview there were 5 managers present. only one was mostly answering the questions, while the others took notes. At the end of the interview, the rest of the managers proceeded to ask their own questions. they asked me about previous experiences, what are my strengths, weaknesses, where do i see myself in 5 years, how do i cope in teams? what would i do if i did not get along with a team mate ?
