Junior employee with less than 1-year of working experience screened application and conducted the initial interview. The individual was very intense and focused, making the initial interaction very uncomfortable.
I continued to have 4 additional interviews with partners, and other senior members. Nice creative people, but there is no structure, operations department, or HR person, so no one followed up with me as to the next steps. This lack of organization led to confusion as to what the role involved. Depending on who you interview with, the responsibilities change. Leadership are personal friends which can create challenges when separating work issues.
As I met with so many people, I have no clue who to contact for a status update. I wish them well, but I wish they didn't waste my time, including insisting on a face-to-face interview during the lockdown
