Interview
Submit resume online via kinecta.org no paper application. Get a call back within 2-4weeks of applying by HR and get invited to a in person interview with the HR rep. If they decided to persue you as a candidate next step you will interview with a district manager that if they decided to persue you will send you to a store manager (your potential boss&location) making them your last point if contact. If all is well 2 weeks after interviewing with the manager you will receive a offer and wait for background check and drug test.
