Interview
Very informal and a pretty easy interview, questions are straightforward and easy to answer. Basic questions such as tell me about yourself and questions about flexibility and about your availability.
Very professional, clear questions and delivery. Proactive conversation and presentation. Understanding of work/life balance. Engaging interviewer with an interest into my experience and outside work hobbies. Clear career paths shown while there. Trail shift was given to ensure both myself and management were happy before starting. Friendly introduction to the team and basics.
