It's a little lengthy but Innovative and well structured. Recruiter Screening, then they have a Talent Partner Screening before presenting to the client. Though I am a highly experienced applicant, they still encouraged me to have a conversation with their Talent Partner including Technical and behavioral questions - Enjoyed this dialogue. Once done, I had a client interview. Unfortunately could not crack the interview. The communication from the team is constant and appreciate their speed.
