I had three round of which one was HR round discussion about roles and project. Second round was with QA manager and includes techincal question and i did well.There were testing mindset question too. Next round with VP of engineer and he was mostly asking testing mindset question. This round is horrible , so arrogant and egoist asking all test mindset question and expecting what he thinks is right and wanted that answer only.. Just for sake its testing mindset and it differs and there may be variation from person to persom and he was constantly blaming i am deviating from this. One side you are telling we just want automation and other hand you are asking so in depth testing mindset. you guys need to be clear what needs to ask. Horrible experience.
