1. A call (or in-person interview, depending on where you are) with HR: just a general get-to-know-you, going through past experience, education, personal motivation, knowledge about the organization, salary expectations, etc.
2. Written test: Making a executive summary / analysis with a couple focus group transcripts they sent over, to be submitted in 2 days.
3. Final in-person interview with team head: I didn't make this, but was told about this in the first interview.
