I went through three rounds of interviews plus a phone screen. The second was scheduled with several people but only one showed up. The third was with the precon team who were all very nice. I down-voted this interview process due to the nonresponsiveness of the Nibbi team. I reached out with follow-ups to everyone I met with and after 3 interviews + a phone interview no one bothered to respond by email to tell me I didn't get the position. After 2 weeks I called and they said "no". After spending hours of my time with them the minimum common courtesy would have been to respond.
