I talked to the team multiple times over a couple months. We spent a lot of time talking about the culture and responsibilities to make sure that we both were fully transparent. I found the team to be bery upfront and honest about opportunities to improve as well as where Niagara has already had success.

Based on behavioral Competency Model, questions are focused on the skills required for the role, which focuses on bringing the right talent with the right behavior from the start. Gives much more structure to the interview and keeps bias away from decision making.
