Interview
Below are the rounds that I faced:
1) Assessment test (scenario based questions) which has to be submitted within few days. This basically tests your skill levels on how would you manage the situation.
2) Since this was for a Program Manager role, the very First round was with the Director Of Engineering from Pune. Typically 1 hr.
3) Second Round was with the VP of the group & the director again. Typically around 1 hr.
4) Third Round was with Senior Director of Engineering from the group. Typically around 1 hr
5) Fourth Round was with HR Manager. Typically around 30 mins

Question 1
All the questions that you will get will depend on your profile for which you are being interviewed. In my case, all the questions were relevant to my past experiences & how I used to handle teams & Programs.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NiCE (New York, NY)
Interview
1 telephonic round with Recruiter followed by 3 in person rounds with the team. After that final round with the HR over phone.
After 3 rounds of in person meeting, had a great discussion about the salary expectations and any concerns I have. Finally an HR call was scheduled and during the call I was informed about the next set of administrative steps but suddenly complete silence from entire team.
I did not get any feedback.
