We are a small, dedicated team, and different members might take on various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
Interview Process: Our interview process is designed to ensure that candidates align with our company values and culture. This includes interacting with key team members such as the owner and the Creative Director. While we understand that this might not suit everyone, it is essential for us to maintain a close-knit team environment.
Rocky Question: Asking about "Rocky" is related to one of our core values. Itâs a cultural reference that we use to gauge a candidateâs familiarity with themes of perseverance, determination, and overcoming challengesâqualities we deeply value at Nfinity. Given that the reference might be dated, it is also a way for us to understand if candidates are open to embracing the spirit behind these values.
Cheerleading Experience: While we value candidates with cheerleading experience due to our market focus, it is not an exclusive requirement. We welcome diverse experiences and backgrounds that can contribute to our team in meaningful ways.
