Nexus Engineering Group Transmission Line Engineer interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews for the position, during which I spoke with a total of six people. The first interview went quite well—it lasted about an hour and included engaging conversations with three different engineers. However, I didn’t receive any updates for over two weeks, and then I was scheduled for a second interview with two new people. The second interview felt a bit unusual—they asked questions very quickly and started writing things down without really listening to my responses or providing any feedback. Again, after more than two weeks of silence, I received a rejection email from HR. Overall, the process took over a month, and the lack of communication between steps was disappointing.
