Nextlink interview questions

It was really good and felt more casual than other interviews but I felt like the questions were more riveting than regular interviews as well as more transparent about the difficulty of the job. I felt more confident in my answers than trying to keep it in a format.

Interview process was a bit uncomfortable but it went ok. They were about 15 minutes late getting to me and were not very personable. Overall experience was not pleasant. I was not contacted at all afterwards. Seems like I was there to fill a interview quota.
