I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nextech Systems
Interview
They recruit from college career fairs to try to snag naive graduates who don't know any better. Phone interview, followed by an in-person interview that requires a "demo" of the software - meaning you have to spend several hours of unpaid training prior to even interviewing! Drug screen, background check (which I'm sure includes a credit check - none of their business!!).

Question 1
Nothing really difficult or unexpected. It would be nice if they didn't hide the fact that it is a customer service job and not really a technical support job.

Interview
Multiple interviews. Had to study the product and then demonstrate it to them in the final interview. Free training but was good to be able to learn the product. It was better than delivering pizzas I will tell you that.
