NextPay Finance Operations interview questions

More than a month after sending my resume, they emailed me to schedule my initial interview. I replied within 20 minutes but never heard back from them. Even sent a follow up email on the day of my supposed interview but they never replied. Why bother email an applicant when you have no intention to interview the applicant.
