Continuous bombarding of technical questions, they want to see whether you break under production pressure. Supossedly technical job but it is not an engineering job, but a technician firefighting/duct-taping to sustain production
I was interviewed by 3 people (HR, team manager and deparment manager) to join Nexperia in Hamburg. Everyone was very friendly and calm, they were trying to be helpful when I was struggling understanding the question and they really wanted me to show my best. Very comfortable environment, I would have loved to join the team!

Interview
Long hiring process. A couple of follow up interview because the time of the initial interview is not enough. Fair enough questions during the interview. They require a short presentation of your past projects and achievements and you have to discuss it to the interviewers.
