As you mentioned, we are aware that many of our test questions are already posted publicly and this is why we do our due diligence to ensure we are hiring great developers to join our technical team. The Skype interview following the test is conducted to verify the technical knowledge and thought process behind the test answers. We admit that the manager became frustrated, but it is important to address knowledge inconsistencies to ensure that we hire the best possible candidate based on the technical roles for which we’re hiring. We are continuously looking to enhance the experience of our candidates.
