Worst experience ever. Not at all organized and professional !! They scheduled an online interview. I have joined the meeting on time. Nobody else did from the company side or might be some technical issue. But they don't want to listen anything and then after couple of weeks received rejection email.

Casual interview with a developer at the company. He walked through my resume and asked me to elaborate on certain points. Seemed to be coming up with questions on the spot, based on my listed skills.

Interview was about 40min. They asked many behavioural questions - like case study scenarios of how you'd actually coach clients with their health and fitness. Near the end of the interview I had the chance to ask questions and then they shared about compensation. FYI: 40K/year base salary + reviews/bonus based on performance
