Interview
Online application form. Test. Video Interview. Online assessment day, with an afternoon session. Full of tests and group exercise. In-person. Dinner hosted the night before. 1 Motivational/Competency interview and 1 technical case study.
Virtual, automated interview; Assessment centre; Two in-person Interviews. Virtual interview covered easy questions about the interviewee, less technical and more personality based. Assessment centre was with other candidates testing ability to tackle case study problems surrounding supply chain efficiency.
Everything about the interview was fine but there were major issues and delays with travel and accommodation bookings, which had been promised to be covered. Staff were friendly during the interview process but extremely unresponsive to emails expressing concerns about accommodation which had yet to be booked the day of.
