Seamless and felt more like a conversation than an interview.
2 rounds in total
First round was a phone screening with the VP of Engineering
2nd round was broken up in 2 pieces, a Teams call with VP Eng and Engineering Manager, and a meeting with 2 of the senior engineers.
Ultimately did not get an offer because they had put hiring on hold.
First round was with VP of Engineering.
More so an intro call wanting to get to know me and my motivations
Second round was 2 back-to-back interviews, one with VP Engineering and VP Applications, and other was with two seniors of the applications team.

Why Newterra
What motivates you
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newterra (Trooper, PA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with an HR representative to determine if I met basic requirements for the position. Next, I met with the manager of the local office for an in person interview. After that, I had a teleconference with the overall company project manager team leader who was based in the company headquarters. I waited several weeks while they said they were making a decision, but ultimately was never told that I wasn't selected for the position.

Question 1
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. The interview process was an open conservation about my past experience and skills.
