Newsquest Media Group interview questions

I had a lovely interview, at the beginning was straight forward, flexible and simple. However, when I got the text to say she had feedback I said i’d give her a call when I had a moment the next day, sadly I was involved a car crash - I let the recruiter know this and apologised for not getting back in the week and asked when she was free to get my feedback. This was 2 months ago, had no reply to that. I chased today and no reply as well. Very disappointing to be truthful, I expected more professional communication.
