I sent in an email expressing interest. Months later, they comtacted me for an interview. There was an initial phone interview, after which they asked you for an in-person interview. During this interview they get you to read out a survey. I was cut off at the very beginning and sent home. The next day I received a call saying I had gotten the job.

Interview
I was called in for an interview. When I arrived there were about 15 people waiting to be interviewed. It turned out to be group interview involving some computer tests. We also watched videos then answered questions based on them.
