First they call for a chat, if you pass that they send you an assignment. and after that an interview which i have yet to take. The assignment is pretty easy to test out y,our excel knowledge as an HR person to keep track of employees information.

Question 1
For the first round, i was told to write an email, do an excel assignment and come up with ideas for onboarding new employees.
