Screening interview was positive, first interview was good with several situational/competency questions and two accuracy tests. When I got home I had an email inviting me to 2nd stage interview two days later. This was where it was disappointing, the length of contract changed from 12 months to 6 months and the number of WFH days from 2 to 1. After this interview I heard nothing further, they made no attempt to contact me to offer or reject, just ghosted me. After a month I received an email asking for feedback of the interview process…they received my thoughts on their lack of professionalism. .
