Phone interview first then 8 hours of interviews in office with 8 different high-level executives. The day is pretty grueling and you are set up with 8 1 on 1 interviews with employees who are in the Group Sales Manager role and above.

The interviews involved being flown to the home office in NYC and meeting with 9 Executives. While it was intimidating at times, it was good preparation for what was needed of the position. I also got to stay in a very nice hotel which was a great perk!
