I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newman Regional Health in Mar 2019
Interview
Sat down in a room and interviewed by three network administrators and the director. Asked a series of questions in quiz format. Probed for general knowledge and customer support methods.

Question 1
Steps for troubleshooting a pc if it wouldnt turn on.
Setup was easy. They will run through the ringer with questions and ask many detailed questions rapidly. Odd as it may be, the one doing hiring may bring in another associate during the interview, whom is completely irrelevant to the job or interview. Although they will run thru the ringer asking you questions, at the end when it's your turn to ask questions they do not like answering or do not have an immediate answer to some questions. Some questions asked are sexist based questions indicating there is a preferred gender in certain areas and positions. Interviewing agents are arrogant and draw presumptive conclusions. You can completely run circles around them in an interview if you are intelligent enough, ace the interview and still get nothing due to the sexiest mindset and attitude. You can be overeducated for a position and still get no job offer due to this. Professional companies will follow up after an interview as well as give you an expected timeframe. This company does neither. I'd you make an attempt to follow up afterwards, you will be completely ignored.
