Newhaven Display interview questions

In person interview, was fine but very closed-minded sounding CEO. No WFH flexibility during covid, WFH is completely off the table as even a possibility, and on tip of all of that jeans are only allowed on Fridays. Sounds like a CEO obsessed with power, isn't flexible (which is a necessity in business) or who doesn't trust employees. Going to struggle to find people wanting a long-term career in that environment. I declined to move forward to possibly get an offer...
