second round - group discussion with 8 participants
third round - personal interview
3 panelists ( 1 hr and rest 2 were senior manager)

It was straight forward with questions on Market. Sales Skills. The managers who took the interview were knowledgeable and asked relevant questions. They ensured that i am comfortable to respond to the answers.
