One important thing they asked me was to explain OOPS concepts in C++, including encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism, along with basic DBMS concepts, SQL queries, and Operating System fundamentals such as processes, threads, and memory management.

First they take the written test the. A psychology test after that the technical interview followed by HR on the same day.mostly students rejected on psych test . There criteria for shortlisting candidates is quite high . 90 % in 10 & 12 with a average of 80% in semesters
