Interview
Interview over the phone. Talked with two managers with 30 minute interviews each. Both were very friendly and spoke highly of the company. One worked within the department I was going to be in.
Super smooth! Great communication from the recruiters and the interviewers were from the team I would be working with. A great process overall. They asked questions related more toward who you are rather than basic interview questions which I appreciated.
The interview process was very smooth. I was interviewed by the Quality Manager for my role. It took a month to get a reply for my interview. The rest all other process went good.
Multiple different talent acquisition people reached out and it got very confusing and overwhelming. I enjoyed everyone I talked to though so that was an upside. After my last interview for one, I was ghosted, and I reached out and the position was filled. But they are trying to get me in contact with another positon.
