I applied for a role and 2 months later heard back from the recruiter. The recruiter was very disorganized and required a lot of follow up to get things scheduled. Took an hour assessment as well as met with 7 people for a half hour each in the organization for an entry level role. After investing 4 and a half hours with interviews and assessments they did not give me the courtesy of letting me know I didn’t get the role or provide any feedback. They gave the impression of a company with dated and arrogant hiring practices along with general feeling of poor culture.
