The recruiter was very kind and so were the nurses who interviewed. However, I thought it was very unprofessional for them not to give feedback even after thank you & follow up emails.

Easy interview process, but there was clearly a miscommunication between the recruiter and director because the director wasn't expecting to see a new graduate come in for an interview and kind of blew me off.

Interview
Very thorough but seamless process. Rapid feedback and great coordinating staff. Interview was average difficulty, included scenario-based and personality questions. Two-step interview, HR recruiter and unit manager afterwards, including but not limited to other RN's, educator(s), etc. Overall process was great.
