First there was a phone screen (behavioral questions, interest in NY Times, etc.). Then I think there was a 1-way recorded interview (sorry it was 2 years ago, so I can't remember for sure). Then there was an interview with 2 members of the team over video. I was offered the job a few days later. I ultimately turned it down because I was assigned to a group within the Data & Insights Group that I was a bit less interested in, but everyone was super nice and responsive and it was a good experience overall!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to talk about 1 of my research projects from my resume. Then they asked me to walk through a hypothetical project scenario and asked about what data I would collect, how I'd analyze it, etc. (I think it was an A/B testing type of thing)
