The interview was divided in 3 stages: Stage 1: HR Interview- Someone from the HR team asks you questions about your resume and experience. Stage 2: SQL Test: Someone from the Analytics team makes you an SQL test. The test is challenging but if you know your SQL basics you'll be fine. Stage 3: 4 back-to-back interviews. 30 minutes interviews with NYT staff.
