The interview process was relatively straightforward, and the panel was very friendly and approachable. They focused not just on your background but also on your relevant skills and experience. They were particularly interested in whether you can work effectively within a team, manage one if needed, and how well you present yourself. Your overall demeanor, communication style, and ability to drive and carry a conversation confidently also matter a lot to them. They appreciate candidates who are proactive, well-spoken, and able to demonstrate both technical know-how and interpersonal skills.

Applied through email, invited to a one-round onsite interview, and got an offer call about one week later. The interview was with Hiring Manager and two other people on the team. The paper process take quite a while after I accept the offer.
