three levels of Interview. First interview with Director of IT. Followed with Director of IT and System Administrator. Followed by interview with CTO. HR interview was primarily communications skill and personality questions. eg. how would handle situation where user is upset even when you trying help resolve the situation. CTO interview also was personality and also inquiry on why i was interested in the position. Director and System Admin was technical questions and

A little more casual than I was expecting. Enjoyed the interview, but was hard to fully understand what they were asking/looking for. Was still unclear exactly what the expectations of the role were, but enjoyed meeting the hiring team.
