It has been a supportive interview process and one in which I feel I have been able to adequately demonstrate my skillset. I will say, however, that it has been quite a long interview process, consisting of four different stages over many weeks.

Very informative interview process. Explained clearly the training process, goals of the job, and compensation structure (which is rather complicated!). Helped to understand what was needed and tools available to succeed.

The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager

Most of the questions will be behavioral, focusing on why I want to join the firm, what specifically interests me about the role, and whether I understand the responsibilities of the job. They may also ask situational questions, such as describing a time I managed risk or demonstrating how I handle time management and prioritization.
