There were many rounds of interviews with each focusing on different aspects including personal background and how you would fit in at this position. As we progressed deeper into the rounds of interviews, the questions became more related to the position and daily functions.

Question 1
How would you rank yourself among sellers if I dropped you off with 50 other sellers and picked you up at the end of the day?
Asked about me and my history. Introduced the company and what they do. Talked about if this oppurtunity is right for me. Asked where I wanted to be 10 years in the future.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life in Mar 2023
Interview
Quick and laid back. Interview process was through zoom. Representative was quick to respond and very professional. The zoom interviews were about one hour long and was a normal conversation.
