Straight forward interview process. Company wants to make sure candidate the personality traits needed to be successful in the insurance/financial services field. Too many candidates think working for NYL is like being hired for a job, but don't realize that this is a career that is more similar to self employment.

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
