First phone interview was basic and lasted about 30 minutes. No difficult questions, mainly behavioral. Second phone interview was more technical and lasted about 20 minutes.

Approximately 30 minute phone interview. We both gave each other a brief introduction and he proceeded to ask mostly behavioral questions. Very few company specific questions like why New York Life.

My interviewers were rude and unprofessional during the entire interview. Even worse, they ask the same type of questions in every single session. The whole process was a waste of time. Would not recommend doing an internship with them since the culture seems so bad.
Great! It took 3 weeks for them to reject me. It was a 2.5hrs interview with 6 people from different teams. Make sure to review some basic insurance concepts because they will ask you during the interview.
