Applied online. Got an email saying I was selected for an in person interview. After the interview they said that they will get back to me in two weeks. It wasn't until after the first week of December when they got back to me saying I was rejected.

I had one short interview with HR, and several interviews with people in the IT department. Eventually, I was told by HR that they would like to offer me a position.

Simple Phone Interview. Basic questions to know about you. They will try to know about you. They will explain the program details so that you can have an idea on what you are going to work.
