Interview
My interview process was quiet simple. I submitted a updated resume and was later contacted by a recruiter. I received a phone screening by my interviewer and was as a certain question based on my resume. Next we schedule a interview date and time. The day of my interview I was dress professional and arrived a d decent time for preparation. I was offered a refreshment and later came the interview. Once my interview was over I was comfortable more anything and very pleased for the chance to sit down with New York Life Insurance.

Question 1
How would other look at my career switch from being a security guard and a Barista to working for New York Life Insurance as a Financial Sales Representative?
Very conversational, trying to figure out who you are and where you want to be. Asking questions about personality traits, past experiences, seeing what you know about the company and what they do.

Question 1
What is one trait that you would tell your younger self to build on and keep?
efficient zoom interview but had multiples stages/requirements that made it a bit annoying. Had me watch a video and then fill out and sign up for a secondary interview which is an odd set up in my opinion

Interview
Was not really an interview, just the person showing off his salary numbers to coax you into working for them (his job has nothing to do with yours so salary is not comparable)
