Interview
I had one interview at a local branch near to my home. It was a standard interview, wanting to understand my background and getting a gauge of my ability to perform the job at hand.
I applied online. Then I received a phone call and then I got a second interview to go in person. After a few days I received a call from and got sent my offer via email.
Went very well. Asked basic questions about my work experience and scenarios based on customer service experience. Also, gave the run down about what the job intel’s and what to be expected if hired for the position.
