I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Western (Houston, TX) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. All that they are looking for is your personality and competence. The company will give you the knowledge and skills required but you have to be able to be comfortable around people. If you are outgoing and hungry for opportunity for advancement then they will sense that and your interview will be a pleasant experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at New Western (Denver, CO) in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New Western (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2024
Interview
First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.
